These terms apply to all bookings, whether made verbally or in writing. The hirer is responsible for all passengers on board, including any additional costs incurred during the journey. It is the hirer’s duty to ensure that all passengers follow the agreed terms and conduct themselves appropriately.
All quotes provided include the vehicle and driver only and remain valid for 7 days, subject to availability. To secure a booking, full payment must be made at least 14 days prior to the hire date.
The hire of the vehicle is strictly for the agreed journey. Unless prearranged, the vehicle will not remain at the destination for additional use. Any extra mileage or time beyond the original agreement will be subject to additional charges, calculated based on the extended duration or distance traveled.
The number of passengers must not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle. No standing passengers are allowed at any time. The driver has full authority over passenger safety and behavior, and any passenger causing a disturbance may be asked to leave the vehicle.
If the hirer cancels a booking 14 days or more before the hire date, a £45 administration fee will be charged. Cancellations between 7 to 14 days before the hire date will incur a 50% charge, while cancellations less than 7 days before or on the day of hire will be fully chargeable.
In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a booking and provide a full refund without further liability. If necessary, we may provide a larger vehicle at no extra cost or arrange a substitute vehicle from another operator.
Unless specified by the hirer in advance, the driver will choose the most suitable route. While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Luggage capacity is subject to safety regulations, and the driver has the final decision on what can be carried. We do not accept liability for any lost or damaged property left on the vehicle. Any found items will be held at our depot for collection.
Alcohol is not permitted on board without prior written consent. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. Any passenger who causes excessive soiling or damage to the vehicle will be charged a £250 cleaning fee. If the fee is paid on the spot, a £50 discount will be applied.
Passengers are encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance, as we are not liable for any loss due to delays, accidents, or personal belongings left on board.
All complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the hire date. Our services operate under English law, and any disputes will be handled accordingly.
